Frequently asked questions
What counts as a room?
A room is any classroom, group, or location you schedule staff for. If you have 6 classrooms, that's 6 rooms. Shared spaces like playgrounds don't count unless you schedule staff there separately.
Why charge per room instead of per child?
Because your rooms are what you staff. Your enrollment isn't. Per-child pricing means your bill climbs every time you fill a seat, so growing costs you more. A 60-child center pays $95/month with us (5 rooms at $19) versus $180-600/month at Brightwheel's published $3-10/child range. Add children to a room and your price doesn't move; add a room and you pay for one more room.
Is there a free trial?
We don't run a self-serve free trial today. Before your demo, we build Schedule Wrangler around your center: your classrooms, your floaters, and your licensing ratio rules. The first thing you see is your own Tuesday morning. Request a demo and we'll reach out within 1 business day.
Do all rooms get every feature?
Yes. There are no feature tiers. Every room gets every feature, no exceptions.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Zero setup fees. Your center is built in before the demo: rooms, staff, your licensing ratios. Most centers are up and running the same day.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing.
What if I add rooms later?
Your per-room price adjusts automatically based on your total room count. If you go from 10 to 12 rooms, you move to the 11-20 tier and all rooms are billed at $17/room.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your account stays active through the end of your billing period.
