Welcome to Schedule Wrangler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Schedule Wrangler website at https://www.schedulewrangler.com and scheduling platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Schedule Wrangler ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Schedule Wrangler is a cloud-based scheduling platform that provides staff scheduling, live coverage and ratio visibility, drag-to-reassign with overlap protection, per-slot gap dismissal, a classroom tablet view with reassignment notifications and acknowledgements, and an activity journal with CSV export. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. We will notify you before the trial ends.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not access Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.
You may export or delete Your Data at any time. Upon termination of your account, we will delete Your Data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Schedule Wrangler and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEDULE WRANGLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schedule Wrangler, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
