Our mission
Preschools have been stuck running on scheduling tools built for some other business. We are here to end that: to give them the fastest, most effective scheduling software they can run, and to sell it honestly. Preschools are the only customer we serve, and the only one we are trying to.

About us
We have spent our careers building software that has to be fast and cannot fall over. The kind of software people lean on all day, where a slow screen or a crash is not an option. That is the bar we hold ourselves to here.
A lot of that work was on the same problem you face every morning: who covers when someone does not show up. We have spent years on coverage and absences, and we brought what we learned to preschools. It shows up in our live coverage dashboard, where you can see who is out and fill the gap in seconds.
Schedule Wrangler was started by Karim Nassar, who was tired of watching capable directors fight their tools. Preschools are the only thing we work on. Every screen has to earn its place by answering one question: did this make your morning faster?
